TOURNAMENT

IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please read before you register for the Tournament.

If you are registering for anyone other than yourself, add each person as a guest during the registration process.

Members must log in to register.  Click on REGISTER NOW button.  Choose "Team" if you are registering for all or a portion of a 4-player team.  If you do not have a team and want us to assign you to one, choose "Solo."

For each team member you are registering for besides yourself, you must add them as a guest and pay for them as part of your registration.

After the guest option, you will be taken to a question: add any team members who will be registering separately, not part of this registration (if any), so we can match your team with you. Hit COMPLETE REGISTRATION and then proceed to payment screen.

EXAMPLE:  John Jones is registering for 2 team members, himself and Mary Jones. John will select registration type "Team" and add Mary as a guest. John knows that Scott and Carrie Smith will play on their team, but will register and pay separately. John lists the Smiths in answer to the question regarding team members who are registering separately. John completes the registration and pays $250 for himself and Mary.  The Smiths register separately using the same process.

Any registrations which remain unpaid after the registration deadline will be cancelled.

If you have questions or problems with respect to the registration process, please contact Paige Martin at paigemartinesq@aol.com.

Golf Attire for New Golfers

Tops

Women: Collared shirts with or without sleeves. The most popular top for female golfers is the polo-style shirt. Inappropriate tops for the golf course include T-shirts, halters and tank tops. Men: collared shirts.

Pants

Women:  Long pants, capris or dress shorts. Skorts (a combination of a skirt and shorts) and golf dresses are also popular choices. No sundresses.  Men: Men should wear long pants made of cotton or a polyester blend, or dress shorts with a pleated or flat front.

Head Covering

To protect your skin and keep the sun out of your eyes, a cap or visor is advised on sunny days.

Socks and Shoes

If you don't have golf shoes, sneakers or athletic shoes are fine. Any socks are fine.
